Shipping & Returns
We are a small family business. We appreciate your patience as we launch this online venture, and will strive to ship your orders as inexpensively and as soon as we can.
Shipping costs shown on the website may not be accurate. We hope to address this issue in the near future, but in the meantime if necessary we may contact you regarding shipping costs. Again, we appreciate your patience with our learning curve.
AT THIS TIME, most items ordered will be shipped AFTER APRIL 10. We will ship in the order received and we will give you tracking information as soon as your order ships. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We take great care packaging your items for shipment. Jewelry items are packaged in a gift box, either Min*Designs Jewelry or Jackalope Trading Company boxes, with new packing materials. For other items, we try to reuse and/or recycle packaging materials as much as possible, so your order may arrive in previously used boxes with other markings. We can use new packaging materials for gifts for an additional fee.
While we take great care in shipping your items, we cannot control the shipping carriers. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including pictures of the box, packaging and damaged item(s) so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
Undamaged products can be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Please contact us for pre-authorization to initiate your return. We will see what we can do to make you happy!
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the item(s) in the form of store credit only, excluding the original delivery charge. Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Item(s) that are received back in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive any refund. Item(s) must be received in a salable condition.
Please insure your return shipping. Jackalope Trading Company is not responsible for lost/misdirected/missing packages. If the item is not received, there will be no return/refund issued.
